KeywordIdeas return search volume for different keyword

Hi,

when trying to get results for "ferienhaus denmark" in Germany (location specified), results for "ferienhaus dänemark" are returned. This appears to be the case from both API and Keywords planner.
I have broad search disabled and IdeaTextFilterSearchParameter does not help either via API.
In this case Denmark is not a country, so I do not want it translated. Some other combinations works fine though.

Could anyone give some directions on is it possible to get results for exact keyword?

Would you happen to have the SOAP request and response generated by the AdWords API and the screenshot of the results from the Keyword Planner? This would help me investigate the case further. Please reply using Reply privately to author.
