Offline Conversion EXPIRED_CLICK - GCLID valid in Click Performance Report and < 90 days

Greetings,

I am getting EXPIRED_CLICK on many conversions when the Conversion Time is well under the 90 day window (June 11, 2019). I checked for the GCLID in the Click Performance Report and it does exist in the right account with the same date (day). I have tried changing the Conversion Time adjusting it up and down and changing the time zone, but continue to get the same error.

Here is one of the GCLID's that should be valid: Cj0KCQiAuf7fBRD7ARIsACqb8w5DMOLAQIBUzhbO04NPO3V5UjFFPuYd63hCc0QXQlaVWVBD-CarsQwaAjLvEALw_wcB
