1. Can I use the same developer token or have to generate a new one?
-Since you've mentioned that you want to give read-only access to a non-member of your organization, then I believe that they should generate a new one. However, you can clarify this with the Compliance team via this
form as they are more equipped with this matter.
2. Do I need to generate new set of credentials (ClientID/ClientSecret) from the manager account ? Or it has be generated from the third party account?
If they have their own sub MCC account that is under your manager account, then they should be the one to generate a new set of credentials (ClientID/ClientSecret). You need to ensure that the user account / email address that will be used in the generating credentials should be added with read-only access so that they can do reporting only as well.
3. Does changing the login customer id will affect the authorization?
-Yes, if they have access to the sub MCC account, then its customer ID (without hyphens) should be set in the
login-customer-id of the request header.
