Hello all,

My requirement is to upload the Offline conversion in the adwords.

I have created an conversion Action(https://prnt.sc/JDQuPTBiO2qB).

I have used google ads api functions (https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-php/blob/main/examples/Remarketing/UploadOfflineConversion.php).

In this function, I have used the CUSTOMER_ID(https://prnt.sc/4W-k6H3eJV-r) and CONVERSION_ACTION_ID as 'ctId' parameter from url of the conversion action.

When I run this function, it says upload successful.

"Uploaded click conversion that occurred at '2022-04-05 00:05:17+10:00' from Google Click ID 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX' to 'customers/XXXXXXXXX/conversionActions/XXXXXXXXX'".

However, it does not appear on the dashboard. Its value is still zero. I have waited around 4 hours and its still zero. (https://prnt.sc/L7EDStQJn671)

What am I missing? When will that appear on the dashboard?

Regards,
Rukesh

Hi Rukesh,

Thank you for raising this concern to the Google Ads API support team.

With regard to your concern, could you please consider the statement in Creating ClickConversion as discussed here:

  • Uploaded conversions will be reflected in reports for the impression date of the original click, not the date of the upload request or the date of the conversion_date_time of the ClickConversion.
  • It takes up to 3 hours for imported conversion statistics to appear in your Google Ads account for last-click attribution. For other search attribution models, it can take longer than 3 hours.

However, to investigate this in our end, could you please provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header that generated on your end? This information will help our team to check further. You can send it via Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsapi-support@google.com.

Best regards,
