Billing Cost

I am wondering if there is a way that I can pull the billing_cost rather than just the cost. Accounts will sometimes have refunds or adjustments to the actual cost. I could not locate an option in the repots API but wondering if there is another location that this could be pulled from.

We want to add this information to a dashboard that we have created to display the monthly billing cost by client.
