Can i get ads by adwords API

Good day and forgiveness for my bad English.

I developed an adwords API interface in PHP. Everything worked perfectly but after 4 days and especially overnight, I could not retrieve my active ads. The only ones I can see are those removed.

When I go back with my test account it works. I do not understand.

However, I can retrieve ad keyword reports, ad group names ... anything but ads.

I have not received any suspension messages. I am very far from exceeding the quotas! My account is active with an approved basic access.

Have no worries as your English is good. To better investigate the issue, could you provide to me your clientCustomerId and the SOAP request and response when you encountered this issue? If you have yet to enable SOAP in your client library, you may do so by referring to this guide. You may reply using Reply privately to author.
