How to update customizer with Google sheets instead of csv file?

Hello,

at the moment I can't manage to bulk upload the customizer values via Google Sheet.
Although it's offered.
And I can't find a example sheet how it should look like.

Bulk Upload via csv file works well!!

Any suggestions and tipps?
