How Can I get Budget for my Account?

I have questions for getting Budget and Status.
There is a way to get daily budget for campains with using Google API.

However, couln't find any way to getting total budget for account
how much I have.

If you know, please tell me how.

and, I'm suggesting that to next version of Google API.

please, answer me as soon as possible.
