Clarification on Missing Handling Time Attributes in Shipping Settings API Response

We have observed that we are not able to get shipping attributes like min handling time and max handling time while fetching product attributes from the merchant center, when these are configured via shipping policies.
We have configured shipping policies for all products.
Product attributes do contain values for minHandlingTime, maxHandlingTime, or other shipping attributes if those values are defined only at the shipping policy level but not at the product level.
