Good Morning,

So what I originally thought to be an issue with the sdk turned out to be an issue with the API. It would appear that the forecast curve endpoint is not working as intended. No matter what options are passed, the endpoint always returns nothing, which does not match what the Ads UI displays.

I originally filed an issue here:

And was directed to seek help here. Basically I'm just trying to get this endpoint to return a forecast curve for a given keyword campaign. Below is some sample code that should serve as a minimum reproducible example.

Hi Trey,

Thank you for reaching out to our API support team and providing a link of your working code.

I understand that you are trying to generate a forecast curve and is currently getting empty results.

However, for our team to further investigate if this is indeed an issue with the API's services, could you also share the complete request and response logs, with the request-id? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by referring to this guide for PHP.

You may then send the requested logs using the Reply privately to author option.

Best regards,

Hi Trey,

I appreciate your patience to this concern.

Upon checking on our end, I can see that you are making a request against a manager account. However, the KeywordPlanService can only requested against a client account. With this, I would also suggest to retry the API request on a client account. If the issue persists, you may provide the latest request and response logs, with the request-id to further investigate.

Hi Trey,

I had to remove your recent posts as those contained information from your logs. For further discussion of your logs, you may send these details via the Reply privately to author option.

Moving forward to the new issues you encountered :

No customer ID could be extracted from the request

For this item, your request should contain the following information keyword_plan: "customers/1368969080/keywordPlans/294562082. Could you confirm if this is indeed the IDs used in this request?

Also, you may note that the login-customer-id is reserved for the MCC/manager account ID (1837626098), if the OAuth2 credentials you are using to authenticate were created using a user/email address that has access to the said MCC/manager account.

User doesn't have permission to access customer. Note: If you're accessing a client customer, the manager's customer id must be set in the 'login-customer-id' header

As stated above, you may specify the 1837626098 as the login-customer-id in your request. You may retry your request with the discussed details and let me know how it goes on your end.

If issues would persist, you may provide the complete and updated request and response logs with the request-id so our team can further investigate.
