Hi,

Sorry, I'm not quite clear on what you mean by "without neither update", but you can get the keyword, keyword ID, and destination URL for a keyword from the KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT by requesting the KeywordText, Id, and DestinationUrl fields, respectively.
