Please check the attachment

Question 1: In the first row of data, impressions=3, video_quartile_25_rate=0.6667, can it be understood that the number of times to play 25% is 2?

Question 2: If the indicator (video_quartile_25_rate) is the proportion of 25% of the times played to the presentation, why is the video in these data_ The views indicators are all 0, shouldn't there be playback times?

Regarding this concern, I would suggest checking this YouTube ads and view metrics article and this "Video played to" metrics as this shows the more details about these metrics such as how it works and how it accumulates.

In addition, I would recommend reaching out to the Google Ads Product support team as they are better equipped to provide assistance to this matter.
