Payment Mode for Display Campaign

I created a display campaign from UI and try to fetch the campaign information from API. 

From the response the PaymentMode I got is unknown (not exposed by current version of API). 

I tried it in both API V11 and V12.

Wondering what's the actual default PaymentMode for a display campaign.

This is Carmela from the Google Ads API team.

With regard to your concern, it appears that this is about the campaign's payment mode. Having said that, since you mentioned that you've got the payment mode's value as "UNKNOWN", you may check this document as it shows the enums describing possible payment modes. As can be seen in the provided document, "UNKNOWN" mode payment means "Used for return value only. Represents value unknown in this version.".

For further investigation, could you please provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end so our team can provide guidance accordingly? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.

You may then send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
