AdWords API. I try extracted extension and get error "Campaign level: ExtensionS ettingError.LEGACY EXTENSION_TYPE READ_ONLY"

Hi Team,

We are working on migration of Adwords API to Google API. As work application currently is using PHP Adwords. 4 days ago, when creating a new campaign and extensions for it, I received an AdWords API error "Campaign level: ExtensionSettingError.LEGACY_EXTENSION_TYPE_READ_ONLY" in response. Previously, there was no such error, and I could not find information about it in the documentation, but I saw that it had something to do with the Google API and the new format for extensions.
Tell me how can I fix this now for AdWords API so that my application works properly until we move to the Google API

Hi Andrey,

Please note that the AdWords API is deprecated and will be sunset on April 27, 2022. We strongly recommend that you migrate to the Google Ads API as soon as possible.

Here's our Revised Schedule for the Auto-migration of Feeds, it appears that your extensions have been migrated to asset based extensions and AdWords has no support for asset based extensions. Accounts that have been migrated will reject mutate calls for feed-based entities. Why do you deprecate such extensions before sunset date 27 Apr? I haven't received any notification about this auto migration.

Hi Martin,

Certain feeds have been deprecated in Google Ads, irrespective of the Google Ads API or AdWords API. As new versions in the AdWords API are not being released, changes in Google Ads cannot be reflected in the AdWords API.
