What is happening at Google API compliance?

Hello, 

Can the forum mods please reach out to the Google API compliance team or maybe some manager overseeing it to find out what is happening there and why so many basic/standard access requests are not getting any response? 

We have waited since 18th August with no reply to the application or follow up, but then received an email chasing info that was already on the original application on 18th September, but nothing since?

It's one thing waiting forever but surely some courtesy and information about the reason for these delays and to set expectation isn't too much to ask?

Hi Google Ads API Team,

I'm also having the same problem..... since September 4th I've been waiting for a response from the request to change the Google Ads API access level to 'basic'. I've done this procedure before, and it worked well, I was assisted quickly within the promised time frame.

I redid the procedure and already sent messages requesting feedback, including this link that you placed here Google Ads API Compliance team. I've already reached out to Google Ads technical support and the Google Ads API team - everyone responded quickly. But I can't get feedback from Google Ads API Compliance. Please, what is happening with access to the Google Ads API? Any impediments or big problems?
