I don't see where I can ask for developer token

whatever instructions say about creating a developer token is that I have found don't work. I don't see API under tools. Where do we go to create a developer token?

Hi Jason,

The API Center section that you need to navigate to to apply for a developer token can only be found in a manager account. You will need to create the manager account then link it to your client account.
