URL Classification API

Is there an API or anyway that i can access google's URL
classification backend via code, or actually any means at all rather
then manual surfing? I basically am just trying to write something
that takes a flat file full of URLS and figures out of they are porn,
or other major blocked categories. I am open to all information on
this, as it would be huge for my company, we manually classify
everything now and its ridiculous.

I'm not aware of any such service. If one does exist, it's definitely
outside of the scope of the AdWords API, which is what this Google
Group is dedicated to.
