It seems that no communication channel works at all to get any input from the compliance team.
There is never any email notification or any other notification on google ads accounts for opened ticket or a pending token request.
I'm beginning to think that I must be missing something as this doesn't seem to make sense.
Would appreciate if you can help me understand if this is how the process actually looks like or whether I'm missing something that stops the team from communicating with me (I have checked the API contact email is the right email)
