Could you confirm if you are trying to retrieve gtag using the AdWords API? If yes, it is possible by using ConversionTrackerService.get() and get googleGlobalSiteTag field.

Thanks for the answer.

 I've set up global site tags using  Google Analytics,I need to add a (piece of code that contains the conversion ID) for each location global site config command codes are added, and placed </script>end just above the mark. In the example below, " AW-CONVERSION_ID" represents the conversion ID of the account

I now want to get "AW-CONVERSION_ID" via API instead of email or copy and paste，Is there any API available?

Thank you for providing further details and I'm sorry for not understanding your concern correctly.

In the AdWords API perspective, you may retrieve id using ConversionTrackerService.get(). Could you confirm if this is you are looking for? Also, please note that Analytics goals and transactions created in Google Analytics profiles linked to this Google Ads account are returned with no trackingCodeType. You may refer to this guide for more details.
