Receive every day a set of newly created campaign-keywords combinations.

Hello,

I need to know as soon as possible what are the new keywords created through the interface for every campaign / adgroupId. 
So far I was aiming to query the new adgroupIds / keywords in an hourly basis, though I don't think a timestamp is provided for 
either of the two. 

What would be the optimum way to get the minimum amount of data containing the most recently created adgroupids / keywords.
Or alternatively, is there a trigger that I could set up every time a new keyword is created in the interface?
