Hello Team,

Need assistance on google ads data extraction.

Option1:

Use GAQL to extract resource attributes, segments and metrics data from Google ads. Disadvantage about this option is the joins are predefined and if any segment data is not available it drops the whole row.

Option2:

Use Big query data transfer service to extract data from googleads into Big query/csv. From what we have read from internet is this option provides flexibility to write select statement and define joins. This would give us the opportunity to extract data at the lowest granularity .

Request team to shed more light on either options and advise accordingly.
