A problem about ’cost_micros‘

Hi, I am a new user of Google Ads API. I have a question about the 'campaign.metrics.cost_micros'.

Our company has business in different countries so there are different currencies.

Is there any configuration of Google Ads API 'cost_micros' can change the different currencies into a specified currency like USD ?

With regards to your concern on this “Is there any configuration of Google Ads API 'cost_micros' can change the different currencies into a specified currency like USD ?” –  You can never change the currency or time zone that you choose for your account already, so choose these settings carefully.

You should select the currency that you want to use to pay your advertising costs. When you create your account, you'll be asked to choose both a currency type and your time zone. These settings are used to determine how you're billed.
Your currency options may change depending on the country in which you registered your account. In some countries only certain currencies can be used. For example, in Russia it is only possible to pay in RUB, not in other currencies such as USD or EUR. Please refer to this article for getting more information on currency setup. Thanks for getting back to us.

Kindly note that you may retrieve cost amount currency in the API that you’re seeing in Ads UI report, and there is no currency configuration in Google Ads API. Also, note that Google Ads API conduits to Google Ads UI is showing, and mirrors the Google Ads Product. However, I recommend you may also implement Currency Converter post processing on your end to get cost_micros in for that country.
