Attribution issues when android device id 0000

Hi Team,

We are facing attribution issues when the rdid is 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000. We are getting responses false.

When we reached to googleadsa...@google.com for support they asked to told  As this issue is related to the App Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API , I would recommend you to reach out to the App Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API as they are better equipped to address your concerns.

Please note that our team can only assist with the technical queries or concerns related to the  Google Ads API. 

There is no way to reach App Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API team.
