I reached out to the support team that directed me to Cloud Support and directed me to come here. This is what they said "I tried checking this internally and found that the only way to get support for this API is to raise a request with Google Ads API Support Team. I know you have already reached out to them earlier. Could you please confirm if you have opened a case with them using link: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/support"

While there is support for Local Service Campaigns via our API, the Local Services API appears to be a separate one from the API that our team officially supports.
Upon further checking, I came upon this documentation that is what you may be looking for. You may then check this support page for details on how you may reach out to the appropriate support team. I hope this helps.
