Ads API Basic Access Request

Hi, Team,

I had requested multiple times for Ads API Basic access but no getting any response from support team. I tried mutiple available articles (Help pages) but nothing help me to know about the status of my submitted requests.  

Can somebody please guide me where I can connect to know the status of my request? 

MCC: 612-356-7007

Case-ID: not asigned 

Today I requested again, and here I am sharing the screenshot of what I get in response after request submission.
