Hi,

Using the AdWords API, most ads can be updated through the AdService.mutate() method. However, for ads (GoalOptimizedShoppingAd) belonging to Smart Shopping Campaigns, it is currently not supported. For now, you may only edit the said ad type from the Google Ads UI.
