Is it possible to bulk upload ConversionAdjustments by the api?

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Forum.

You may use ConversionAdjustmentUploadService.UploadConversionAdjustments which has conversion_adjustments[], and you should be able to add more ConversionAdjustment objects in your request. Feel free to get back to us if you have further questions.
