I understand you are encountering PROJECT_DISABLED error while using Google Ads API. The Google Ads API may not have been enabled in the project. Please note that to avoid this error, you will need to enable the Google Ads API in your project where your Oauth2 credentials have been generated. I would recommend you to refer to this guide to enable Google Ads API in your project.
