But I get PolicyViolationError.POLICY_ERROR

But the error does not disappear!

IsExemptable = true. I checked.

What can be wrong ?

Hi, 

You need to update the ADD operations with the ExemptionRequest as described here for each PolicyViolationError which is exemptable. Could you enable logging and provide the SOAP request and response log for the policy exemption request? Please use Reply privately to author when responding.
