Which is the right user-agent and ID when working on test account

Hi team, I would like to start retrieving dummy data using the testing account while waiting for Developer token approval and wonder what account does the user agent and ID to access the same refer to? 

The one related to the test account, the production MCC one or the one from the client listed in the production MCC?
