AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED

I have approved developer token and all my requests are passing on testing account for different test users with production approved MCC developer token. But on production MCC request failed with error "AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED". Although user where api cals are performed is connected with my mcc with access type: "User interface and API".

We have some errors listed on our common error page. The entry for this error states that this means that there is no link between the MCC that you're authorizing as and the client account that you're trying to make a request against. Please make sure that the accounts are linked and try again.
