Upgrade of Google ads API To Standard Access

Dear Google API team.

I have requested "Standard Access" permissions multiple since two months ago. but have not received any response from the compliance team.and I have never received the Case ID.My access level is still Basic Account.

- My MCC : 961-060-6970
- Details : Upgrade API access level (Basic access --> standard access)

To upgrade standard access is very important to complete our project.

I wonder what the problem is.Can anyone tell me how to get approved?
Please could you check it out?
