Hi,
Thank you for contacting the Google Ads API support team.
As per the About data freshness article, in most cases, your account statistics (such as clicks, conversions, and impressions) are delayed by less than 3 hours. Conversions attributed using attribution models other than “Last click” are typically delayed up to 15 hours. But, once the data is reflected in your Google Ads account, there should be no delay in the correct data retrieval using the Google Ads API. The Google Ads API will retrieve the exact same data which is present in your Google Ads account.
If you are observing any delay/ discrepancy between the data retrieved using the Google Ads API and the data reflected in your Google Ads account, kindly get back to us with the uncropped UI screenshot highlighting the data present in your Google Ads account with the visibility of your Google Ads customer Id, the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end without redacting any information and the observed delay time. Kindly confirm by the “google ads mkt API”, do you mean the Google Ads API?
If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct private reply to this email.
