Incorrect Disapproval for API Token Application

Hi there,

My advertiser recently applied for an Google Ads API Token application for the Basic Account and their application was marked as incomplete with claim that the website was not working despite it being fully operational. Can you please advise on next steps so their application can be approved ASAP? Unfortunately this is impacting their data analytics work. Thanks.
