Confusion using Placements report and Automatic placements report

Hello,

When I'm using the Adwords UI and looking at the Dispaly Network -> Placements tab i see list of placements that my ads where showing at.

Then im trying to find good preforming placement and trying to give them manual bid. 

What happening then? Does it become managed placement? 

Where it suppose to be shown if i download report from the API, at the Automatic Placements report or the Placements report?

I'm confused because when im downloading Automatic Placement report i can view the field IsBidOnPath which suppose to tell me i there is manual bidding for it, but if there is, shouldn't it be shown in Placement report instead?

Check out the guide we have on Mapping Report to the UI. We have one section on the Automatic Placements Performance Report and another on the Placement Performance Report (which you'll also see referred to as managed placements).
