Basic Access application for Developer token

Hi,

I applied over 4 weeks ago and have still not heard back.  We would love to go live ASAP but need the Basic Access approval.

The MCC ID is 374-990-6027

Please let me know what is delaying this process.

I tried to reach support regarding the case  but it's still silent. I didn't even get any ticket ID or emails. 
We're already live and we need Basic Access ASAP.
