Hi,
Can we mutate an Ad (any type of Ad) without associating with AdGroupId?
For example,
I have created an ExpandedTextAd object. Can I save this ad and get the ID and in future can I use this Ad Id to associate with any AdGroup?
If possible, please share the java code to do the same.

Hi Suresh,
You would need to specify an AdGroupId when creating ads via the AdWords API. Furthermore, associating an existing ad to a different ad group is currently not supported in the AdWords API. You may reach out to the product experts via the Google Ads Community Forum to verify if this is supported in the Google Ads UI. I hope this helps.
