keyword match type update - Regs

Hi Google Team,

    1) I cannot change the match type of a keyword using AdGroupCriterion operation.But, in Google Ads UI, it can be changed

    

    2) Is it possible to update the keyword match type after a keyword is created ?

    3) If it is possible, how to achieve it ? Which service should be used to achieve it ?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Since the KeywordInfo is immutable, the keyword criterion could not be updated once it’s created via the API. There isn’t any other way to achieve this via the API.
