I'm trying to replicate a Custom report (available from web console) using the Java API but I don't find an equivalent report type value from ReportDefinitionReportType class

Hello,

Currently, it is possible to create the custom reports via Google Ads UI only. These report types are not available via API. Let us know if you need any additional information.
