How can I use the AdWords API to retrieve users sign-in data in ads account

I hope this message finds you well, I am writing you to inquiry about the user's last login data. I have a Google Ads monitoring application and I want to know how to retrieve  the ads account's last sign-in using REST API (Adwords). I have searched the documentation for this feature, but I couldn't find any references on how to achieve this. Kindly note that it is not possible to retrieve the Google Ads account's last sign-in via Google Ads API call.

Is there another way can I use it to fetch the users login activities in Ads account. such as a third-party storage apps from GCP or some thing like that
