Endless loop due to bug in adwords-axis java lib version 2.3.0

Hi,

there seems to be a bug in the latest release of the java ad words api library (2.3.0) leading to an endless loop when trying to load the product partition tree via the shopping product partition utility (com.google.api.ads.adwords.axis.utils.v201506.shopping.ProductPartitionTree line 230, offset should be increased by page size rather than by offset). Is this the right place to submit such bugs? If not, where should I submit it to?

Thanks for pointing this out. Could you open an issue on our github issues list? That's where we track problems with the client library.
