bulk csv IDFA/advertising ID upload with API

Is it possible to create and use a idfa/gaid list based on csv uploads with the API? You guys introduced it in the last update and I would like to use this feature via an API call

Sorry, but uploading by IDFA is not supported via the AdWords API.

Hi,

Targeting by advertising ID/IDFA is supported via the Member.mobileId within AdwordsUserListService. The process is very similar to customer match with email addresses, except usage of the mobileId is only available to whitelisted customers. If you are interested in being added to the whitelist, please send me the customer IDs you want whitelisted by clicking Reply privately to author on this post and I'll follow up with the appropriate group.
