What do I do if someone else is using ad adwords account and is using my business name in the adwords ad (which is illegal) and is creating confusion to my customers in my geograpgical area

Like the title says the phone number associated with this account is 5053361000. This is really starting to piss me off because Google is letting these scammer locksmiths advertise in my area with my NAME! Which is totally illegal! Please Google quit harboring scammy locksmiths!!! I have proof this has been going on for at least 15 May 2015. Can someone please do something about it.
