developer token not approved.

the error says that test developer token cannot be used for non test accounts. but I am using the test account only. How to check whether the account is test account or non test account. Or is this an error of other reasons?

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Upon checking your concern, I understand that you are having questions related to the test developer token. Kindly note that a developer token that has a test access level will only work on the test account and will not work on production accounts. To work with production accounts, you have to upgrade your developer token access level to either basic or standard.

To view test accounts in the UI, you can unhide the accounts by choosing to view cancelled accounts. Test accounts appear with a red label. If you don't see the red Test account label on your Google Ads account page, then the account is a production account.
