Connecting ad group ID to ad group name

Hello -- I'm trying to figure out a way to connect ad group ID from utm params, with ad group name via the API. To find the connector, what would ad group name equate to in the Google Ads API schema?

To take a closer look at this concern, could you kindly elaborate and provide more details on it, so that we could provide precise guidance accordingly? The screenshots of the UI without cropping, where this can be done, will also help us to further check as the Google Ads API mirrors the Google Ads UI. However, if this is not possible with the UI, then I'm afraid that this will also not be supported with the Google Ads API.
