According to the API documentation, all the calls to the Google Ads API calls must be authorized through OAuth2 and follow the process of OAuth2 in the Google Ads API. I can confirm that it is not possible to get the data or make an API call to the Google Ads without providing the information you have provided us. We recommend making sure to follow our Service Accounts guide in the Google Ads API to avoid issues on your end.
