API for local services leads

We have local services leads that we want to download into an automated report.

https://ads.google.com/localservices/inbox

I'm not sure what API is available to do this.

I've tried the following, but it returns an empty set.

https://developers.google.com/local-services-ads/guides/reporting
https://localservices.googleapis.com/v1/detailedLeadReports:search?query=manager_customer_id:...

Does anyone know the right API to use?
