Smart Campaigns (Display Network) and Click Performance Report

Good day!

I have a question: our client have 2 campaigns in his Google Ads account and one of them is smart campaign in Display Network.

When we look at the statistic of this campaign in Google Ads UI (web interface) we can see visits and all other metrics of this campaign but when we look at Click Performance report there is no any statistic of this campaign. Could you explain me, why we have this situation and is there any possibilities to fix it.

It means that instead of usual campaigns statistics of this campaign type does not appear in Click Performance Report?

Hi Fedor,

The Click Performance Report doesn't show any metrics but it should return the clicks for that campaign. Just be advised that the Click Performance Report doesn't include zero impressions so make sure impressions were recorded on the day that you are running the report for.

If you're still having issues, please share your client customer ID, the ID of the Smart Display Campaign, and the date you are running the report for via Reply privately to author.
