Adwords deducting amount more than Max. CPC

Why Adwords deducting cost more than Max. CPC. I have fixed the Max. CPC RS. 5.00 INR , its "first page bid estimate is: INR 16.70. Google has deducted RS. 13.55 INR for single click.

Please review the snapshot of a particular keyword for which i have noticed.. There are lots of keywords on which i am paying unwanted cost. 

Is there any solution to restrict the deduction of cost??? How can i stop to pay more than max. CPC?

Hi Kishore,

I see that you have enabled Enhanced CPC for your campaign. This bid strategy looks for ad auctions that are more likely to lead to sales, and then raises your max CPC bid up to 30% (after applying any bid adjustments you've set) to compete harder for those clicks. I would suggest that you check your bid adjustments which will impact the final bid amount for your criteria. If this doesn't help explain this scenario, I suggest that you post your query in the AdWords Community Forum as they are better equipped to answer your questions.
