All conversions column does not update

The conversion submissions are being made successfully, I do not receive any errors in the request, the platform continues to record the submissions we are making

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Based on the conversion action types, it takes up to 3 to 24 hours for imported conversion statistics to appear in your Google Ads account for last-click attribution. For other search attribution models, it can take longer than 3 hours. Consult the data freshness guide for more information.

Kindly note that we are unable to access the image links that you have provided. Could you please reshare as an '.jpg' attachment. If you are not able to attach to the email either provide us the images in a '.txt' or the customer Id and conversion action Id's that you are referring to.
